After watching Chef At Home on Asian Food Channel, I thought I'll give this a try.
The dressing is a blend of olive oil, mayo, lemon juice, garlic and anchovies (and supposed with the Worcestershire sauce). Then I grilled the chicken breast (already marinated earlier with some salt, pepper and herbs).
So, toss toss toss, add the chicken slices, croutons, and sprinkled some Parmesan cheese.. and here's what you got...

Like real only :p But I gotta say.. it tastes good! and very appetizing :p And so I had this for dinner with a glass of apple juice. Satisfying...
